Dear friends,

Each year, in our neighborhoods, hundreds of people are affected by Crisis Pregnancies. The mothers and fathers of these unborn children, as well as the family members and friends, may suddenly find themselves in a whirlpool of confusion, fear and anger. Often this tragically leads to abortion.

Refuge Pregnancy Center is made up of a small staff and volunteer group.
Our volunteers go through training to learn about prenatal development, abortion, adoption, counseling techniques, and medical facts on each subject.
We ask each of our volunteers to commit to one shift per week on a set day.
Shifts are either 9:30-1:00 or 1:00-4:30, Monday through Friday.

Without volunteers, Refuge would cease to exist. We are a non-profit organization that strives for excellence and our first priority is to present the gospel of Jesus Christ to our clients. Therefore, we expect our volunteers to know Christ as their personal Lord and Savior. We want to provide accurate and complete information about prenatal development and abortion, however, we do not recommend, provide, or refer for abortions. Refuge is committed to assisting women with carrying to term by providing emotional support and practical assistance. We also denounce any type of deception in corporate advertising or individual conversations with our clients.

All of the services Refuge Pregnancy Center provides are free of charge and completely confidential.

We need volunteers to counsel, teach, answer phones, care for clients, and pray daily for this ministry. If you are interested, please contact Refuge Pregnancy Center at 770-922-5939.

We are dealing with life and death decisions everyday.

Thank you,

Janice Olejnik, Executive Director
